Company:
This hotel is located midway between the White House and Capitol, within a block of the Metrorail and hosts more than 800 rooms spanning 16-stories of style and comfort including 30 meeting rooms (64,000 sq ft of total meeting space).

Challenge:
The hotel had a last minute change in schedule that significantly decreased Contract Decor’s lead time for production and installation of more than 700 rooms (approximately 60 to 80 rooms per floor). Additionally, they had no storage facility on-site.

Solution:
By sending additional crews to the site and working around the clock, Contract Decor surveyed, manufactured, and shipped all products (one floor at a time) to arrive each Thursday morning with installation completed by the end of the day on Friday (60 to 80 rooms per floor)… staying true to our promise of on time, all the time.
